Join the League of Urban Achievers
I’m assembling a team of righteous folks to help me bring the magic of The Festival Abides™ to life! Whether you’re a vendor, volunteer, or just really into rugs, this is your moment!
Volunteer/Vendor FAQs
-
You’ll get a confirmation email with the next steps within two weeks of submitting your form.
-
Yes, vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, tents, and booth equipment unless otherwise arranged in advance.
-
We have tiered pricing depending on space and location. We’ll follow up after your form is reviewed. No payment is required upfront.
-
Yes! You’re welcome to do both, but please note that vending and volunteering are separate commitments. If you’d like to volunteer, we’ll schedule your shifts so they don’t overlap with your vending time.

A Note From the Creator
At The Festival Abides™, I’m committed to creating a space that’s safe, respectful, and welcoming for everyone.
This is a grassroots event built on kindness, humor, and community. Discrimination, harassment, or aggression of any kind will not be tolerated.
I ask all attendees, vendors, and volunteers to abide by this Code of Conduct and help make this festival a good time for all.
If you experience or witness something that doesn’t sit right, please let me know. I take all concerns seriously and will do my best to address them quickly and fairly.
Then let the existing rules follow as they are — no need to change them.

Code of Conduct: The League Rules
This isn’t ‘Nam, there are rules.
I want The Festival Abides™ to be fun, safe, and inclusive for everyone. Here’s what I ask all vendors, volunteers, and guests:
Respect the Vibe
Be kind, patient, and courteous to fellow Urban Achievers™. No hate speech, harassment, or un-Dude-like behavior.
Go Easy on the Caucasians (White Russians drinks)
This is a 21+ friendly event in designated areas, but drink responsibly. If you’re disruptive or belligerent, you will be asked to leave (and not in a chill way)
Costumes Encouraged, Not Required
Dress up, dress down—just keep it respectful.
Doggos Welcome (on a leash)
I love furry achievers. Make sure they’re friendly, leashed, and picked up after.
No Unauthorized Amplified Sound
Keep your boombox in check, Donny.
Clean Up Your Mess
Don’t be a human tumbleweed. Use the bins, recycle, and help us leave it better than we found it.
No Firearms or Weapons
Seriously. Please do not pull a firearm during league play. Not even a fake one.
You Might Be Photographed
By attending The Festival Abides™, you consent to being photographed or recorded as part of general event documentation and promotion. We can’t guarantee exclusion from background footage or crowd shots. If you have serious concerns, please speak with a staff member. While accommodations are not guaranteed, we will do our best to be respectful.
In Summary
Be excellent to each other. Be the Dude. Or Maude. Or Walter—just, y’know, on your best behavior.
